Stewed turkey breast meat and fresh vegetables are cooked up into a hearty, diabetic-friendly dish for you and your family to enjoy.
Step 1 Cut the turkey breast, potatoes, carrots, and onions into cubes. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife then chop finely. Finely chop the dill. Step 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Fry the turkey breast until golden brown. Step 3 Add carrots and onions to the meat and cook for about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, then fry for 3 more minutes. Step 4 Put the content of the skillet to a saucepan. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Step 5 Put the potatoes in a skillet where you fried the turkey breast and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Step 6 Add the fried potatoes to the saucepan with the meat, add the bay leaf, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Then add the chopped garlic and cook for a 5 more minutes. Step 7 Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped dill, serve and enjoy!
