Dr. Mattia has good form but no follow up. The front office beyond sucks, very unprofessional, and they dont speak or smile or have any courtesy when you enter the office, but once you get past them things get a little better. The office is extremely outdated, with ripped furniture and lots of dust and old tools. The foot model he uses to explain injuries doesnt even have all its bones, a huge turn off and has made me want to change to another office each time I sit in one and wait for the doctor. He waited several months before requesting an MRI and then once he did, he failed to enter the clinical notes & the MRI was canceled, he then decided to call me and place the blame on another office rather than excepting the fact that he dropped the ball.
