Dr. Charles Burliss & Dr. David P. Gordon - Salem, N.H.
I am even more pissed off today then I was when this was done to me! The hell that I have been put through in uncovering this nest is inexcusable. After contacting the N.H. dental licensing board, the NHBDE, I now find out that your dental insurance policies are not available to the public from them or any N.H. agency for that matter. That proof of insurance is not needed in N.H. to obtain a dental license. Thanks for the tip! They also dont have the name of an attorney that you have working on your behalf on file. Both of you knew this well in advance and also knew that I wouldnt be able to find this information out without the discovery and deposition process for a court case. Nice touch. Id soon as say this to your faces. If you both think that what you have done to me was professional conduct then you two are very disturbed individuals! What was done to me is dirty, rotten, and extremely cruel punishment for wanting dental work done correctly in N.H. Neither of you did a thing responding to the last letter I sent challenging you both to do what was right, then you just sat on your hands. This shows that your both totally oblivious as to what a professional is or how one conducts himself. You should be ashamed and embarrassed on how you handled yourselves and are completely ignorant as to what the right thing to do was.
Dr. Charles Burliss remember when I asked you who do I get to make my dentures? And you said, and I quote Out of the 3 dentists I have in mind Dr, David Gordon is the best! When the three of us met David Gordon and you both confirmed to me that Gordon had 34 years experience in making dentures and reconstructive dentistry. It was then that I was thrown under the bus and this all BS started. I paid for and fully expected everything to be done correctly the first time with the proper denture specs for the implants. I deserved nothing less. I got absolutely nothing of value to show for all my time and money! What you both did to me is unconscionable, premeditated, selfish, greedy and inexcusable. Your GD plan of increasing your profit margins at my cost literally blew up in my face! It is now time that you both man-up and reimburse me for all of the harm you have caused and have made me to suffer through. None of this was my fault and you both know it!
Before I had any dental work done, I contacted the NHBDE, the NHDS, and Delta Dental to see if there were any complaints against David P. Gordon, and to find out if he was qualified to do this type of work. There were no complaints according to each of them, and they all assured me that Gordon did know how to do this job correctly and he was highly recommended by them. Come to find out at the end that David Gordon is not even accredited with taking an introduction course on the Straumann Implant Technology System.
Had the NHBDE, the NHDS and Delta Dental done their homework and you both not lied about Gordons ability to make dentures none of this would have ever happened to me and I would not have to be writing this letter now in my serious health conditions. They all made it as if David Gordon was the solution to my problem of being toothless. It was all a con job. I have exposed this for what it is and just how this tragedy was handled by each agency.
I did everything that a person could possibly do in reviewing David Gordon for this job then he pulls this fraud, a bait and switch routine on me and its all my fault? How does that make any sense! I did everything that was asked of me to a T to make sure that I would have a successful treatment and outcome. You both said that I was making a wise choice doing this project with you, lol the jokes on me right? You both act like youre a friend or good buddy until you screw up. This was not a game I signed up for it was a business transaction and I expected results and not to be jerked around. You never thought of this happening did you!! I will never forgive myself for believing anything that was said and promised to me and choosing you. I mean come on.
You have no idea how much I was counting on this procedure to change my life because I felt just terrible, so very depressed and low down about myself, but I could have never guessed or imagined that it would or could be this bad or last this long. This has consumed my life for every minute of the day and night for 11 years. It has absolutely ruined my life and forever. I wanted to feel good, have self-esteem and be proud of myself but none of that happened to me. I had no self-worth when I met Gordon then by his hand, I was transformed into looking like a fool and talking like a monster. David Gordon you were hired to do this precise job of reconstruing my mouth and facial appearance because I only had 6 teeth left in my mouth. You were hired to do it correctly, on budget the very first time. I did not hire you because you thought you might be able to do this job or that you would give it a good effort. I had no time for your games and nonsense. I was paying top dollar to have this work done right the first time. You both set me up, kicked in my head and stole my money from me for something you were not at all qualified to do! I was thrown under the bus, completely bewildered by everything happening and then fed into the mill called the N.H. dental system.
I got screwed over by 2 that were hired to improve my life and lifestyle and caring for my welfare. A 35-year N.H. resident that decided to have his dental work done in NH instead of FL, so I could arrive with a great smile and no problems. That did not happen. Charles every time I brought my complaints and concerns to you about the dentures always breaking apart, constantly needed adjustment and the process taking forever, all you said to me was I talk to Gordon about it and nothing ever changed. Look where we are now. Hell, you didnt even recognize that the dentures were not lining up. All I heard from Gordon was Ill fix them. He had no idea what to do all along damn it!
David Gordon uses the NHBDE, the NHDS, Delta Dental and Straumann as his door shingle and sales pitch to advertised himself and to entice me and other dental customers to choose him. N.H. dental license means to the dental patient that the dentist has been approved of by each of the N.H dental agencies as capable to do such work as this but that is not the case in N.H. It was with these 3 dental agencys recommendations I allowed Gordon to start the job.
