This is an Update 16 mos later.... My experience was a Nightmare and still is... I had laser done by this person. She never told me of any risks. She told me that there were basically no risks for what she would do. It has left me with scars, hyperpigmentation, and crinkled skin with lines engraved in my face. She was supposed to be under the supervision of a doctor because she is only an assistant. The doctor knew nothing about Laser and she obviously was not trained to use this device. My skin is completely ruined. I am writing, this review, in hopes, that no one else will make the mistake, that I did, by letting this person touch their face. She is now doing botox and other cosmetic procedures which she now claims, in her advertisements, are under the supervision of a physician. Im sure its the same physician that knows nothing of the procedure. Why not go to a Real Doctor and get this done? Dont allow someone to practice on your face!

Devastated - I had a laser done by Courtney Santillo Purnell... Dr. Bernard Chang was supposed to be the supervising physician although he knows nothing about lasers. I didnt find this out until after the fact. Courtney told me nothing of the complications that could occur. I asked her if anyone could ever get worse from this and she told me No. You will be very pleased. I was having it done for some acne scarring. She made it sound as though it was a simple procedure. My face is ruined. I have worse scarring, marks from the machine, hyperpigmentation, fat loss in my face, and Im constantly burning, my eye twitches and I drool on the right side of my mouth. I cant stand to look at myself. She could not have been trained properly in using this type of machine, no one trained could do this much damage. Its too late for me, but hopefully this will stop someone else from having this done by her. Putting a laser in her hands, is a dangerous thing.
