Nice listener but he only hears what his computer screen tells him. People are different and react differently to treatment. He pigeonholes you into his thinking and doesn't truly listen to what you are saying. He can be good and his pleasantness is nice while at times can be upsetting. He always thinks he is right and your issues unless on the computer screen are no concern.
