She was very rude & hostile. Trifling woman charged at my wife who literally just been wheeled in NICU on her surgery bed. Had our son admitted to NICU without our knowledge or approval. She treated my newborn like be a number... A science project and violated our rights & beliefs. In short she feels she has more power then parents & threatened to keep him when questioned. No empathy, callus, desensitized & worst of human kind.
