Hi there, I would just like to let you know that Coon Rapids ED did not understand why you turned us away and sent us there since they were able to show me how to use a nebulizer without having to run the machine. You basically just made us go into more debt over an ED bill because you didn't want to help and blamed it on COVID. Honestly, it doesn't matter much to me because the care we received at Coon Rapids ED was way way better than the care you and the nurse provided. I get these times are hard and you are burnt out but my little girl was sick and neither of you even had the decency to smile at her or act like you had ever treated a child. She screamed at the nurse trying to check her oxygen and she screamed at you trying to check her ears worse than she did having a COVID test at Coon Rapids ED just because you guys were not patient or comforting. I hope this gets seen so that Coon Rapids Urgent Care can change how they treat children. For now, its made me lose faith in ever returning.
