We visited Dr. J Hastings dr office in mid June. We had a very bad experience that was definitely classified as a negative Dr. Visit, combined with extreme rudeness by Dr. Hastings nurse, who took as back to the room waiting on the Dr. she kept interrupting me as I tried to explain medical problems my mother was having. She interrupted me not once but many times, plus talked over me as I was explaining my mothers health condition. The worst thing that came out of the Dr visit was that my mother has a history of UTI infections over the last ten plus years, among several other things that was not addressed in the dr visit. My mothers urine was tested, results took 10 days, there was infection, but no antibiotic prescribed? Really? Well my elderly mother 87 gad all the symptoms of UTI, test was positive for infection but no antibiotics! On July 2nd my mothers condition worsened, so we took her to Washington Regional Emergency Room. The staff there was courteous, polite, and Dr Frank emergency room Dr. was great. They tested for infection, my mother was given antibiotics and dehydration meds IV, plus sent home with a prescription for antibiotic, and something for being nauseous. The review ends with as far as the Dr. Visit with Dr. Hastings in mid June a truly bad negative experience, rating of 1-5 definitely a 1 rating! Also we no longer are doctoring with True Health on citizens Dr. in Fayetteville Arkansas!
