I wish I can give Dr Leslie A. Van Schaack 0 starts, she was very unprofessional, rude, arrogant and impatient. I took my very unwell son to urgent care in the evening. During our visit, she was appalled that I gave my sick son a blackberry while waiting half an hour for her. Since he has puking symptoms she claimed I should have be informed not to feed my son in the room and I quote "Did you feed him in the room, well he can puke in the room and we will have to come and clean the mess." I told her, politely, that no one told me I couldn't, she goes: "Well I am sure the nurses mentioned it but you could have missed it." no nurse told me anything and even if they did, one blackberry isn't the end of the world and he will not instantaneously puke!
I dismissed her rudeness and politely asked if I can feed him outside the room, given that he has puked twice today, she goes "Well I am doing his exam now." She was very impatient and wanted to end the visit ASAP and dismissed most of my questions. This has been by far my worst experience with any doctor in my life, I am not sure her quality stands with what PAMFSutter health delivers. What a waste of time, energy and money on an urgent care visit.... I am disgusted....
