I was referred to Dr Rafael Vaquer by the Veterans Hospital. I was told to go by the VA to pick up information. I needed to take to the Dr. I went on Tuesday, right away the reception told me that I didnt have all the paperwork needed, I told her that the VA has sent it over and that I had the CDs. She insisted that they didnt have the rest of the paperwork. I left and I called Christoper at the VA, he told me to go back that he had sent all the information and had called them to make sure they had gotten it. I went back and I was given the paperwork to fill out. I waited two hours before Miss Wanda called me. From the minute I sat in front of her she starting complaining about the VA and the way they do this, that everything was incomplete, that how was the Dr Vaquer going to get paid, that she had a lady at the VA that was better than Christopher. so forward and so on. She tried to enter my data in the computer and it wouldnt accept it, after the third try she told me you know what I dont want to waste my or your time, Ill do it later and Ill call you later. Wanda has a very bad attitude and she has to realize she dealing with patient that don't know whats to come of their situation. When I left there I was in a nervous wreck I thought that I was treated very badly and disrespectful her answer to my questions were very abrupt and to the point of rudeness. I called on Thursday to be told that, I was told to wait for her to call me, when I asked when that was going to be, she told me that its by turn and that they are many many women in front of me and that its only one Dr. I made a comment that I was just worried and she told me, just like all the women that are waiting. In conclusion I went to pick up my records and ask to speak to a supervisor. I was handed my records without a word from the person, when I ask to speak to the supervisor I was told she was out and about in the hospital and didnt know when she was going to return. This has been the worst experience I ever had. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else, your playing peoples health.
