The worse admin staff around. Dr Ty is great but his staff and getting an appointment is unreal. Today I called to change an appointment. I was number one on hold for 37 minutes. When they finally answered they stated they were only person there and had to take care of paying clients. I know everybody is hurting from loss of employees since Covid but they were this bad before Covid. Head manager of office is one of the Dr Wife. She is really bad as a manager. They never return calls on time if at all. Never do what they say they will. Dr Ty needs to find a new office manager. I left him due to admin staff. You really need to work on customer satisfaction. Try calling in it is unreal.
