Im writing a review bc, though shes legally authorized to, shell refuse to write ESA for anything other than the standard dog or cat recommendation letters, but will ask you to come in to discuss it anyway meaning that shell get paid for you to have a consultoffice visit, even though shell likely turn you down. I dont believe she should get paid for knowing prior to the appointment what the request is and that shes likely to refuse. Though she did write out one for my daughter, who has allergies that prevent her from being able to bond with a cat or dog, she cannot holdcuddle one without major allergy flare ups, and can only physically handle reptiles, Kim carefully worded it to not come across as an ESA letter. Landlords keep rejecting the letter and Kim refuses to rewrite one for her. Im on Medicaid, but had I paid for the office trip, Id be demanding my money back. She knew ahead of time what the request was. For all other physical issues, yes, Kim is great at getting to the bottom of it. But, thats not what my review is about.
