Ive been going to Dr. Lily Yehs practice for over 10 years, and I just got used to going there. Their staff had been friendly and accommodating me. I told them I made the appointment online with their portal, I even added insurance information as requested. They said the app doesn't work, and they couldn't see me. Their web page indicates if a patient missed an appointment there a $40 charge. I emailed and asked them to give me a $40 credit as the doctor could not fulfill my appointment. They responded by saying I had no appointment, there was no confirmation and sorry that I was confused. I would have accepted any type of accommodation but now I am upset.
