I had a virtual care appointment with this woman for chronic sinusitis, which I was formally diagnosed with last year by an ENT. I get these multiple times a year, and it comes with a bad headache along with a severe toothache and low grade fever that gets worse at night. The doctor always prescribes antibiotics and pain meds but this woman said you cant get antibiotics until you have had it 10 days. That is a lie. She also said you cant get anything on virtual care besides OTC pain meds, which is also untrue. How do I know? Because I have gotten both on virtual care before, more than once. Extremely condescending and rude and wrote down lies and half truths about our call. She seemed angry that I refused a Covid Test. So much so that she wrote about it in the after notes. I told her I did not need a test for Covid because I had a sinus infection and have been getting sinus infections for the past 8 years and my symptoms were always the same. Very snarky, arrogant and mean-spirited. Do not recommend.
