I went to see Mr. Andersen, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to me and together we came up with a treatment plan to deal with my issues. He validated my feelings, and treated me like I mattered. He has me come up with positive attributes, not only focusing on negative attributes, which is a breath of fresh air.
