I have tried numerous times to contact Dr. Vaziri, left numerous voicemails, all unanswered, never returning a call. My wife passed on October 1, 2021 and he Falsified the cause of death document stating she died from Covid. The truth is she did pass from Covid but that was Not the Cause of Death. The cause of Death was due to the Pfizer vaccine shot that she received. She had tested negative, received the vaccine, because Pfizer ran commercials stating it was safe for people with immune disorders, which is a lie, obviously! My wife fought cancer and won but the chemo destroyed her immune system. Dr. Vaziri stated that only the medical examiner can change the certificate, again another lie! I spoke with the M.E. who stated only the doctor can revise it. I informed Vaziri of this and he stated he had to contact someone and would get back with me, again another lie! He has no professional character. Concerned about his status and cares nothing about his patients!
