Dr. Chapin missed an unforgiving medical condition in my son. She missed it in four well visits. The result was surgery at an older age and my son was much more aware during the procedure. Although Dr. Chapin felt bad and followed up with phone calls, she never apologized for the mistake. We are leaving the practice. We cannot get beyond the miss and do not feel like she is a trusted doctor with adequate training.
