Dr. Clara Shin is very uncaring! She treated my mother a few times and the last time she told my mother that she was too old to help her. So I took my mother and we left. Also, the receptionist was very very rude to my mother. My mother was in a lot of pain that day. I was very disappointed in a doctor of medicine with an attitude like that. Hope she gets the same treatment when she is in her 90s.
