He doesn't do his own allergy testing but has a complete novice doing it, being instructed by someone else. Testing was started without cleaning my back first. I had to remind her. Staff put in batteries backwards in sleep test equipment. Had multiple billing issues - they don't send timely paper bills, didn't bill me for my sons allergy testing, misbilled our insurance, sent to collections after one year. Thats the first time I saw that bill. Still not corrected after almost two years. Admitted it was completely their fault. Billed me for four visits after I left the practice. I had to sue in small claims.
