Prescriptions needed to be renewed. Pharmacy sent two requests, I emailed, called, and then called again. Second call I was told she was on vacation. I emphasized I had been without my high blood pressure meds for 2 weeks so her office sent an emergency order for a 30-day refill. Luckily, I picked it up because she declined the refill when she finally got around to responding to my email. No explanation. No communication to come in. Just declined. What kind of caregiver does that?? I just changed from her to someone else. I guess thats why she only has a 3.8 rating. My new doc has a 4.9 and is already far and away superior.
