I have mixed feelings about Dr Jones. At first, as a younger doctor, I liked his fresh approach. However, as time has gone by, Ive rarely been able to see him in person and in the past two weeks both my wife and I have decided to seek other physicians in the area for several reasons: 1A Doctor friend in Buffalo, NY, suggested that my wife have an MRI due to an arthritic condition in her hands. Dr Jones refused. When my wife further appealed, through an assistant he told her to go to the emergency room. Really? How rude. I occasionally use Diazepam for countering jet lag on my many overseas trips. Dr Jones refused my refill request, despite the fact that it had been six months since he gave me an RX for 30. I called the office, appealed through someone who said they would pass the info on to Dr Jones and I would receive a call back. No call back, no RX, no nothing except goodbye Nick. I dont take switching physicians lightly as was with my last Dr for over 20 years prior to his retirement. Dr Jones behavior has been arrogant and irresponsive.
