She is a liar, she filed with insurance office visit and stated in the medical record performed a physical. She refused to refer to pulmonologist for COPD with trauma of lungs. She would not allow follow up. Nurse stated had not been getting messages as I called several times. I demanded for referal as Insurance stated she dismissed me. In addition she failed to treat or refer for RBC in urine and nurse stated labs were fine.
