Horrible Experience! He is a Liar and ruined the relationship I had with my PCP for many years. I was admitted to U of M for severe stomach pain and BP was 220/140. While I was there he came in twice. He stood at the bottom of my bed and never examined me or came near me. He never discussed my physical condition or pain history with me. I have fallen down stairs, in a parking lot on ice, out of a bath tub, and in a store. It was recommended I have lower spine surgery, rods in my back and a neck fusion. Both shoulders are bone on bone and need replaced. Both knees were replaced several ago and they are hurting again. I have foot pain and have gone to 3 podiatrists. I have arthritis throughout my body. I am in daily debilitating pain and have no quality of life. While in the hospital I asked one of the doctors for the pain meds and muscle relaxers I had been taking at home. The pain and discomfort were getting really bad. Thanaporn told me that pain is in all in peoples heads. I told him there are veterans, handicapped and seniors who do have pain. He got very upset with me for disagreeing with him. Two days after being released from the hospital my PCP had me come in. She was very angry and immediately cut me off pain meds and muscle relaxers, which I had taken for several years. Thanaporn lied and put a note in my medical record to my PCP stating, patient requesting PRN narcotics, encouraged to seek one provider PCP for those needs. He ruined the relationship I had with my PCP for many years! My doctor dropped me and I still have no PCP. His lying notes will follow in my medical records! I dont know who all he is prejudiced against. He does not have an office and is not a regular doctor. He is like a traveling doctor, and is used when they dont have anyone else. I would like to rate him a 0.
