Dr. Kathawa is the absolute best, at least I thought so in 2021 after being her patient for several months. Today 10/21/2022 omg my experience was greatly different and extremely disappointing. After arriving at my appointment promptly and waiting nearly 30 minutes to see her, I decided to quietly leave and reschedule. Not a big deal. What knocked my socks off was when Dr. Kathawa discovered I was leaving, her behavior was 100% she could care less. She didnt even bother to ask why. She simply asked to be directed to the next patient. She did not even acknowledge my presence. Yes I was stunned. Not angry, stunned! I could not leave the premises fast enough. Heart racing, anxiety on 100! Dr. Kathawa thank you for showing me your stripes before I made the grave error of making you my primary. I honestly thought you were better than this! It is patients who have allowed your practice to be successful. Please remember that. Your arrogance and rudeness today was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Prospective patients, there was simply no reason for her to treat me with such callous disregard. So if it hasnt happened to you yet, you may not want to take the chance and receive the disappointment I received this morning. Im stunned!
