Dr.Capen is a great doctor. He listens to what you say and is great at explaining information to you. Unfortunately you wait anywhere from an hour to four hours after your appointment time to be seen. When you arent feeling well that wait is very distressing. Dr Capen is a six star doctor but the waiting.....
