The bottom line is that the front office staff is a terrible reflection of Dr. Talbot business. I showed up at 1:52 for a 2:00 appointment as a result of experiencing irregular heartbeats. Upon arrival, I was cancelled for being late. I was supposed to be there 30 minutes in advance, but the text message I had said 15 minutes. Id understand had my paperwork not been completed, but I turned it in days prior via their online site. What were we not able to accomplish in 8 minutes that I hadnt already done online? I was chastised in front of the other patients, and was wholly embarrassed. What disturbed me most was the young lady seemed to wickedly enjoy her power. I believe that something is severely wrong with her, and I dont say that lightly. A man in the waiting room apologized for her behavior. I was seen in the ER later that same day, and referred to a cardiologist. These professionals made up for where Dr. Talbots office failed. Happily moving on to another PCP.
