This lady wasnt helpful. She was offended I wanted pain relief from my back condition. She recommended I take turmeric and flaxseed oil. These doctors have to understand that this isnt the 1850s and we cant go get relief from anywhere but them. So if you want compassion and someone who will be on your side, dont waste your time. Never going back. Wish I could give her zero.
I live almost an hour outside of La Grande, when I made an appointment, I explained to the staff that I had not seen a doctor in some time and had a lot of items to go over, I listed the items and my first item was an issue I was having with my arm. Went into the appointment on time, early, and ended up having to wait past my appointment time. When she came in there was no communication that she had limited time to go over everything, she took the lead and went over some of my issues and reprimanded me for not seeing a doctor sooner, did not know that I needed to be treated like a child. When it came time for her to leave the room, she communicated I needed to make another appointment, I explained to her that I made the appointment for my arm and she then asked me if It would be considerate of me to make time away from other patients, after her showing up late for my appointment. If there had been any communication on time constraints or any communication up front that there would be a time limit, I would have taken the lead and gone over my arm not my other issues. The lack of communication, the reprimanding was absolutely ridiculous, I would only recommend this doctor if you want to be treated like a child and not be listened to, Dr. Tracey is the perfect example of why I dont like doctors. I would recommend the free clinic over her! When I complained to the clinic directly, they found nothing wrong with the treatment. I refused to pay the copay, I was seen and nothing happened from the appointment other than me losing four hours of my time.
