She needs her license taken away. She has no empathy and does not care about people. My husband broke his foot and the ER checked the system and found her location had the rx. Not only did she refuse to fill the rx but wouldn’t allow others to assist. We refused to purchase the full rx because it was illegal. She is on a power trip.
