Not sure what this social worker believes in but apparently she has a bachelor of arts degree in sociology. The expertise she claims is a lie! Due to her horrific reports, I was unable to see my son while he was living at Eastfile Ming Quon. He and I never got over the traumatizing experience we were put through. No i would never recommend this person.
