Choose better care. More experience. Go with an MD. Poor manners of office staff. No calls back unless you tell them how they can do better, stop cancelling or changing visits last min. Response to emergencies would be great especially if listed a trauma by a hospital. They work remotely. Not team centered care. The complaints prior to Covid are the same as today. do better!
