If there would be zero that would not even be enough for this lady. She made so many medications errors. She is extremely rude, has no respect towards patients, constantly hangs up the phone or avoid to answer phone calls even when a physician is calling for a prescription for a patient. She should go back to school and learn the 5 rights of medication administration.
