This so called doctor is losing his marbles. My mother needs an urgent surgery for her shoulder dislocated, yet Dr. Rosedale has done nothing but find ways to delay the surgery! He sent referrals to the wrong orthopedic clinic twice which resulted in my parents missing an appointment.
Then after my mother completed all the vitals and blood tests, and was suppose to have her surgery on the 17th of October, Dr. Rosedale calls at the last minute saying that my mom might need to see a heart specialist. He failed to get in contact with the heart doctor, and cancelled the surgery. He said that he would call the heart doctor immediately on Monday, but instead the orthopedic physicians called and confirmed the surgery to be for Thursday.
Dr. Rosedale called late Monday with confusing information - asking my dad if he called the heart specialist? Confused yet? It gets better. My mother already had a heart exam at the hospital where she will be having the surgery. The hospital cleared her for surgery, yet Dr. Rosedale said that there might be a problem. However, he also told my dad that he has never spoken with anyone from the hospital who will be performing the surgery! So, how on earth is he saying that my mothers heart test is problematic if he never spoke to them?
Dr. Rosedale is absolutely trying to stall my mothers surgery! Why? I dont know, but my mom has been in pain for months. Its a dislocated arm, not a lobotomy! We will have this surgery done. It is confirmed by the hospital.
Avoid Dr. Michael Rosedale at all costs! He started off good, but the man does not care anymore.
