Rude, rude, and more rude. Claims to have Bent over backwards for me by just doing her job? Or had she decided to do something and then bitch at me about it? Not only has she repeatedly acted rudely on the phone but also in person; undermining her incompetency of her job by making sure that she doesnt order my meds timely- 4x now. Absolutely unacceptable! Id rate this CVS employee a minus 1.
