Terrible trying to make an appointment to get a nurse to give me my Vitamin B12 shot that I get each month. Use to be able to just walk in. It only takes 5 minutes. Now I must make an appointment. I called and was on hold for over 22 minutes. Finally talked to someone and had to give her my phone number so she could call me back to make an appointment. Been waiting now for over 3 hours. All this for a 5 minute appointment. Ridiculous.
