Kefir – 5 Oz (Kefir can be replaced with milk if you’d like, but in this case, you’ll need to exclude honey from the recipe.)
Step 1 Peel the apples and bananas, cut them in pieces and put them into the blender. Step 2 Add kefir and honey to the blender bowl. Step 3 Whisk everything for approx. 3 minutes into a homogeneous mass. Step 4 Pour the ready smoothie into a glass or a cup. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon on top if desired. Enjoy!
