Ingredients:
Step 1
Rinse the liver and cut into pieces. Salt and pepper the liver.
Step 2
Fry the liver in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil until half-cooked (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
Step 3
Add the apples and the bell pepper to the frying pan with the liver.
Step 4
Add honey and soy sauce to the frying pan and simmer until the liver is fully cooked. (It can be pink inside, but not raw or bloody.) Serve and enjoy!
