Step 1 Sprinkle the fish with olive oil and then with soy sauce. Step 2 Put each fish filet on a piece of aluminum foil. Step 3 Cut the orange into 6 slices. Squeeze the juice from 2 slices on the fish and put 2 slices of orange on each piece of fish. Step 4 Pepper the fish and sprinkle with dried dill. Wrap each fish filet in the aluminum foil like in an envelope. Step 5 Preheat oven to 395 F. Put the fish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Step 6 Open the foil envelopes and leave the fish in the oven for another 7-8 minutes to form a crust. Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
