She is a very nice person but when dealing with mental health you need someone who is really wants to help you get better, not just get a paycheck. I have had long wait times up to 2 12 hours or waited for her to join for appointments to be told that she left early for the day several times. I tried to be understanding that everyone is going thru a lot right now and ignore things like kids running around and crying in background while during my appointments. But when it came to medication refills and completing paperwork that she said she would do there was always excuses or should I just say lies. She didnt understand that her actions or lack there of was causing more damage to her clients situations. I did not originally select her. I was seeing someone else who went out on leave and she was who the company I was under had available. I was fine with this until she switched me over to her new company. She began doing what she wanted. Just know if you need notes at any point, she does not do them so there is never a record of what was done or changes made at each appointment. This has be a terrible experience stuck with her because I didnt to start over with someone else but couldnt take it anymore. You cant get better if your medications arent being sent when they are supposed to and have to wait weeks for them to be sent. I personally dont have time to babysit a professional to get them to do their job.
