Step 1 Peel the carrot and run it through a juicer. Step 2 Peel the grapefruit and remove the white film inside the fruit. Step 3 Peel the persimmon, remove seeds. Step 4 Grind the grapefruit and persimmon in a blender. Step 5 Combine the carrot juice and the blended mix of persimmon and grapefruit. Beat with a mixer. Step 6 Pour the ready smoothie in glasses. Garnish with pine nuts. Serve with a straw and enjoy!
