This is a diabetic-friendly recipe for a baked chicken breast in white wine and mustard sauce. A great lunch or dinner option and the sauce in this recipe you can make for other dishes too!
Step 1 Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. And fry in olive oil over low heat only on one side. Do not discard the oil. Step 2 Preheat oven to 355 F. Put the chicken breast in a baking sleeve the fried side down and bake in the oven until ready (about 30 minutes). Put the ready chicken breast on a plate and cover with foil. Step 3 Pour the wine into a frying pan on which you fried the chicken breast and boil it all for a few minutes. Then add cream, mustard and flour and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Finally, add salt and spices to taste. Step 4 Remove the sauce from heat and leave it for a couple of minutes. Then pour the sauce over the meat. Serve and enjoy!
