Recipe Details:
Chicken liver is recommended for people with diabetes, especially for those, who suffer from the slow blood clotting and whose wounds take long time to heal. The creamy sauce makes this diabetic-friendly dish tender, juicy and distinctively tasty!
Ingredients:
Chicken liver – 2 lb.
Onion (chopped into half-rings) – 1
Champignon mushrooms (chopped into quarters) – ½ lb.
Step 1 Cut the liver into pieces and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Step 2 Put the liver on a plate and fry the onion, mushrooms, and garlic in the same frying pan. Cook until the mushroom liquid evaporates. Step 3 Add flour to the frying pan and fry for 1 minute. Then pour in the beef broth and add salt and pepper. Step 4 Add the liver to the sauce and simmer on low heat, covered for 10 minutes. Step 5 Pour the cream into the frying pan with the liver and cook for about 5 more minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
