Debra Martin has unethical, unscrupulous practices and honestly should no longer have a license to practice in the state of Michgan. Not only did she withhold vital information from her clients. She committed adoption FRAUD against them for her own personal profit!! The courts ruled against her and assigned her the maximum financial fine, as they should have! Claiming to advocate for children as she preys on vulnerable adoptive parents. Beware! You have been warned.
