Recipe Details:
This bread recipe (intended for a bread making machine) only includes ingredients that are safe for people with diabetes.
Step 1 Pour warm water into a bread maker. Then add yeast, fructose, and salt. After that, add flour and oat or rye bran. Step 2 Turn on the bread maker to the “Basic” mode and bake for 3 hours 40 minutes. Step 3 During the kneading cycle, add vegetable oil. Note: Make sure that the dough doesn’t crumble. If you see the dough crumbling, add warm water drop by drop and until the dough reaches the desired consistency. Once you see the dough has finished gathering into a lump, close the lid of the bread maker and let the machine continue baking until the entire baking process is complete. Step 4 Once the bread is ready, take it out of the baking machine and wrap it in a towel for up to 6 hours. Step 5 Unwrap and enjoy!
