Customer service at his office is horrible. A rude lady treated me like like an inconvenience, had to check my insurance and a group had to decide whether to accept me as a new patient. Five months to wait for an appointment only to be called and passed off to a residency program. Wow! Meanwhile I found another provider, have had multiple tests and surgery in that 5 months.
