Claire Frost as your primary physician? No No No! Manipulative & Controlling. Bias against older people & handicapped - a real bully. Office help apprears to fear Dr. Claire & have acquired passive aggressive skills & projection to please Dr. Claire. Imagine, 2 older taxpaying, honorable, law abiding, generous, kind, god fearing, insured, & high credit rated people seeking medical care. He, a 83 year old Viet Nam Veteran suffering from hearing loss. She, my true love a 84 year old woman with a close to 40 year work history in demanding jobs requiring exemplary people skills and now, in her last years of life, suffering from acute osteoporosis, spinal scoliosis, & other ailments.
What happened? Upon checking into Dr. Claires office we attemped to converse with Dr. Claires office receptionist. He, I - was unable to hear Dr. Claires assistant and kindly asked for more speaking volume. The assistant became annoyed and distracted: she was forced to abandon her comfort zone some 6 feet away behind a glass barrier to converse with us. Finally, we were given some plastic covered forms & felt tipped pens to provide info as to our mental states - like were we depressed, anxious, sleeping excessively or not enough. Then, upon completing, our mental state forms, another one of Dr. Frosts assistants appeared and kicked us out of the office. That assistant was some sort of leader and told us that the office receptionist was reduced to tears by our disruptive behavior.
Before departing, I partially cleaned off my plastic covered form because I feared the completed form, that indicated a completely normal mental state, would give rise to allegations of deliberate disruptive behavior. Dr, Frost is a bully and is supported by her deceitful office staff. I am not a liar and have no respect for those who do at the expense of others. Be kind, be nice, be agreeable, but insist on respectful treatment from others - including medical professionals.
