Excellent experience. Dr. Mattei is an effective healthcare provider, very empathetic and kind. The only problem is his office management, had and issue with a prescription, had a 48 hrs expiration and nobody told us. Called to fix the problem and was treated in a very rude and hostile way, there is a lady there, Carmen, that needs training on how to treat patients. Again, Dr. Jorge E. Mattei is excellent and I had recomended him several times.
