I waited 3 months for a 1st appointment. On the appointment day after a very difficult morning, got lost, after google maps rerouting a few times, thankfully arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. When there, called because could not see the office, when the secretary told me I was late and that needed to see if they could receive me. I was confused because although they expected me to be there 20 minutes ahead, it was still 10 minutes ahead. Although I was deceived, and my tone could let it know, I was never disrespectful. Long story short, the Doctor told her that he would not see me, and that I needed to see another doctor. He did not even bother to understand the reasons, (never asked), he just concluded that I was not being responsible nor follow rules. All that because of 10 minutes literally, and I didn’t waisted his time because it way yet the time of the appointment. Its sad that I needed to wait 3 months, and they couldnt wait 10 minutes. You can imagine how I cried leaving the place, knowing I have cancer and closest appmnt with another doctor is in 3 months.
