Recipe Details:
A rib eye steak is the way to go for every steak lover. The taste of this diabetic-friendly steak is enhanced with lemon and rosemary, creating a perfect combination of flavors.
Step 1 Heat a grill pan or a regular frying pan well, without oil. Step 2 Salt the meat with coarse sea salt and black pepper. Then, cover lightly with olive oil on both sides. Leave the steak for 5 minutes. Step 3 Place the steaks on a hot frying pan. Fry for about 2 minutes and turn over to the other side. Frying the meat for 2 minutes on each side will give you a rare steak. Keep cooking the steak further turning it every 1.5-2 minutes to achieve your preferred degree of doneness. You can use cooking thermometer for guidance. Step 4 Take a clove of garlic and cut it into halves. Rub the ready meat with it. Then rub the steak with a piece of butter. After that, put a rosemary sprig on the meat. Step 5 Put the meat on a plate, drizzle with olive oil and let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the steak with lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
