Dr. Lum is an excellent Doctor! He is very professional, very approachable, very knowledgeable, and is willing to work with his patients in every aspect of their healthcare. He is not arrogant, like so many doctors are, and he listens intently to his patients, and is willing to work with them on solutions to their health problems. He does not just treat symptoms, like most doctors do.... he actually trys to help them find ways to improve. I am 70 yrs old. He does not treat me like I am "ready to die soon anyway", even though he "inherited" me just 3 months ago, when I transferred my care to him ( through Kadlec Clinic). I went over 40 years with no serious health issues, but right after I transferred to his care, I caught Covid and double pneumonia and had my 1st hospital stay, I then had a stroke with another hospital stay, then 2 more hospital stays due to kidney issues and now I am going to the hospital again this week to have kidney surgery. Even though I had and still have, many other specialty doctors involved in my care, he is the one that is keeping me going and actually communicates with me, using his wonderful approach. These days, it seems that you either get a good, but arrogant doctor or a not so good, but nice doctor. Dr Lum is both a great, and very knowledeable doctor and a nice doctor who has a wonderful approach! I cannot say enough good about him!!!
