WORST DR EVER! Never go to this office! Im super sick, his office never answers the phone. Called all day, both lines. Couldnt get an appt. Called the Dr On Call and Andrew answers. Explain my sinus&ear infections and breathing problems. What prescriptions I get for it in the past and he says what do u expect me to do right now? U think Im at a desk? Its not Rocket Science to know I cant pull up your file! I completely lost it! How unprofessional, rude and ignorant is this guy! And hes a Family Physician! Also says, Dont u know that its 7pm on a Friday? What do u expect me to do? Ummm how about your job Mr Dr on Call and send in a prescription. What else are you on call for? I didnt call to order a pizza. I could hear him out walking around w cars driving by honking. Yeah this Dr is on call out going to dinner drinks prob! Then he says I must be mismanaged by my Allergy Specialist since Im getting sick like this and dont have my inhalers. Hello genius, the prescriptions are only prescribed when Im having an acute attack. And since I have HMO I need a referral by your offices ignorant ass to go to my specialist to get the proper acute medications. But Skolarz wants to see pts because they want the money and dont care about the well-being of their pts. And the front desk ladies are extremely rude. Very argumentative and stubborn. Especially the older polish one. They lose faxes for my referrals every month and always pass the blame onto anyone else but themselves for anything. Im switching Primary Doctors ASAP! I just filed a formal complaint with Resurrection Amita Hospital and the BBB is next.
